摘  要:220 kV高压智能测温电缆是一种自主设计的高压光纤复合测温电缆,电缆中独特的内置光纤结构设计使其具有分布式光纤测温能力,可实时监测线路运行时的温度变化。针对电缆内置光纤人工放置过程存在的生产效率低、操作人员劳动强度大、光纤S形不规则、效果不理想等缺陷,设计了一种内置光纤S形摆动装置。实际生产结果表明,该光纤S形摆动装置生产效率高、工艺结构稳定、产品性能优良。The 220 kV high-voltage intelligent measuring temperature cable is a self-designed high-voltage optical fiber composite measuring temperature cable. The unique structure design of built-in optical fiber in cable enables it to have distributed optical fiber temperature measurement capability, which can real-time monitor the temperature change of the line when it is running. Aiming at the defects of low production efficiency, high labor intensity, irregular optical fiber S-shape and unsatisfactory effect in the manual placement process of built-in optical fibers in cables, a built-in optical fiber S-shape swing device is designed. The actual production results show that the optical fiber S-shape swing device has high production efficiency, stable process structure and excellent product performance.
