摘 要:旨在研究β-连环蛋白(CTNNB1)基因上的多态性位点,并与陕北白绒山羊生长性状进行关联分析,寻找与生长性状相关的遗传标记,为山羊高生产力的标记辅助选择提供科学依据。以陕北白绒山羊(n=848)为研究对象,PCR大样本扩增检测β-catenin基因的插入/缺失(InDel)突变,并评估该位点与生长性状的相关性。结果发现,在848只陕北白绒山羊中β-catenin基因的第10内含子上存在一个26bp InDel的位点;该群体中共出现3种基因型,分别为II、ID和DD。关联性分析结果表明,该突变位点与陕北白绒山羊胸深显著相关(P<0.05),其中杂合型ID为优势基因型。因此,β-catenin基因可作为陕北白绒山羊生长性状选育的候选基因,为陕北白绒山羊选育工作提供理论依据。The aim of this study was to investigate the association between the polymorphisms of β-catenin and the growth traits of Shaanbei white Cashmere (SBWC) goats. To find the genetic markers associated with growth traits and provide a scientific basis for marker-assisted selection of goats with high productivity.In this study,SBWC goats (n=848) were used as the research object.PCR amplification in SBWC goats was used to detect the InDel mutation of β-catenin gene,and the association between the 26 bp InDel and growth traits was evaluated.This study found that there is a 26 bp InDel in the tenth intron of the β-catenin gene,and there are three genotypes,namely Ⅱ,ID and DD.Association analysis showed that the 26 bp InDel was significantly correlated with the chest depth of SBWC goats ( P <0.05),and the ID was the dominant genotype.Therefore,β-catenin gene could be used as a candidate gene for breeding traits of SBWC goats,which provided a theoretical basis for the breeding of SBWC goats.
