摘  要:随着原油中含硫量的增加,炼油厂延迟焦化装置生产的劣质高硫石油焦产量日益增多,目前石油焦多用于燃烧发电及电解铝业,附加值低且造成严重的大气污染问题。基于环保的压力,很多研究者及石化企业致力探寻石油焦高效清洁利用的方式,以石油焦为原料制取合成气(CO和H2)是其中有效利用的方式之一。本文主要总结了石油焦的碳微晶结构、比表面积和孔隙结构及纯度对石油焦气化反应活性的影响,以及介绍了国内首套以石油焦为原料多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化装置的运行状况。The output of low-quality and high-sulfur petroleum coke produced by delayed coking unit of refinery is increasing day by day with the increase of sulfur content in crude oil.At present,petroleum coke is mostly used in combustion power generation and electrolytic aluminum industry,with low added value and serious air pollution problems.Based on the pressure of environmental protection,many researchers and petrochemical enterprises are committed to explore the efficient and clean utilization of petroleum coke,as a result,petroleum coke as raw material for making the syngas (CO and H 2) is one of effective way to use.This article mainly summarizes the effects of carbon crystallite structure,specific surface area and pore structure,and the purity on the gasification activity of petroleum coke,and introduces the operation status of the water-coal slurry gasification plant with opposed multi-burners,which uses petroleum coke as raw material.
