摘  要:油浆蒸汽发生器的操作工况比较苛刻,在运行过程中管子与管板连接接头及法兰密封面频繁出现泄漏事故,影响了装置的稳定、安全运行。文章对蒸汽发生器发生泄漏的主要原因进行了分析,并针对这些问题在设计中提出了优化改进措施。经过优化设计后,油浆蒸汽发生器的泄漏问题得到了有效的解决,为设备的平稳、长期运行提供了保证。The operation conditions of slurry oil steam generator are very severe,the leakage accidents often occur on the tube to tube sheet joint and sealing face of flange during operation,it is affected the stability and safe operation of the device.The article analyzes the main causes of leakage of the steam generator,in view of these proposes,optimization and improvement solutions are put forward in the design.After optimization design,the leakage problems of the slurry oil steam generator is effectively solved,it provides a guarantee for the stable and long-term operation of the equipment.
