摘　　要："互联网+智慧党建"是党建工作信息化的必然产物。公安机关基层党组织在抓好党内制度环节基本动作落实的基础上,充分运用"互联网+"思维,有助于破解工作难题,提升公安党建工作实效。当前,各地公安机关正积极探索"互联网+智慧党建"党建的工作模式,并取得了一定的成绩,但不能以"互联网+智慧党建"取代现实的组织生活。应进一步丰富"互联网+智慧党建"的内容,提高工作实效,借助"互联网+智慧党建"探索党建工作与公安业务工作和队伍建设的互融互促机制。"Internet plus Intelligent Party Building" is the outcome of information-based party building. Based on regulation on the implementation of basic measures ruled by inter-party system, the grassroots party organizations of public security agencies fully take advantage of "Internet+" method, which helps solve the problems in work and improve the effect of the party building in public security. Now, the public security agencies in various regions seek to explore the working mode of "Internet plus Intelligent Party Building", and have made some achievements. However, the realistic life of party organization can not be taken place of by "Internet plus Intelligent Party Building". What we should do is to further enrich the contents of "Internet plus Intelligent Party Building" so as to improve working effect. By way of "Internet plus Intelligent Party Building", we need to explore the mutually promoting and compliant mechanism of party building, public security operations and team building.
