负压封闭引流术治疗下肢皮肤软组织缺损的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流治疗下肢皮肤软组织缺损的护理和疗效。方法回顾总结16例下肢皮肤软组织缺损的患者护理方法和效果。结果所有患者经过精心的护理,5~7d拆除负压封闭引流术(VSD),其中4例因肉芽组织生长欠佳,行二次VSD封闭负压引流。11例行二期清创缝合术;5例行自体植皮术。术后患者肢体功能恢复良好,并无缺血性肌挛缩及瘢痕等术后并发症的发生。结论对负压封闭引流术后患者进行正确有效的护理,能够显著提高治疗的成功率。Objective To investigate curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the treatment of skin and soft tissue defects and its nursing. Methods The data of 16 patients with lower extremity skin and soft tissue defects were reviewed. Results All patients underwent careful nursing, and had VSD removed after 5 to 7 d of nursing. However, VSD negative pressure drainage was performed again because of the poor growth of granulation tissue in 4 cases. Finally, a total of 11 patients were treated with two staged debridement, and 5 cases with autologous skin grafting. After operation, the patients recovered well, and no postoperative complications such as ischemic contracture and scar were found. Conclusion The correct and effective nursing for patients with vacuum sealing drainage can significantly improve the success rate of treatment.
