摘　　要：总结关建国名中医治疗蛋白尿的临床经验。关建国主任医师为第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,对中医药治疗慢性肾脏病积累了丰富的临床经验。关建国名中医认为,蛋白质属中医学“精微”范畴,尿蛋白的发生以肾失封藏、脾失健运为基本病机,治疗以健脾补肾为中心;在治疗蛋白尿的过程中重视保护胃气,注重风邪致病因素,并根据病情针对气虚、气滞、水停、血瘀、湿热等病理因素辨证用药;临床诊疗治疗善用对药,治疗蛋白尿的思路除了辨证论治,善于从宏观上分阶段论治、辨病辨证结合。Exerperience of famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioner Guan Jianguo in treating proteinuria was summarized.Chief Physician Guan Jianguo, the sixth batch of national old traditional Chinese medicine expert's academic experience inheritance work instructor, has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Guan Jianguo believes that protein belongs to the category of "essence" in traditional Chinese medicine.The occurrence of urinary protein is based on kidney loss and dysfunction of spleen in transportation.The treatment is based on invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney.Paying attention to protecting stomach qi in the process of treating proteinuria is emphasized and paying attention to the pathogenic factors of wind and evil is also underlined.According to the condition, syndrome diferentiation medicine is prescribed for pathological factors such as qi deficiency, qi stagnation, water stop, blood stasis, heat and dampness, etc.Chief Physician Guan Jianguo is good at using herb couples as well as combining staged treatment and differentiation of disease and combination.
