摘　　要：目的探讨泄浊通痹方对湿浊内蕴、脾肾亏虚证原发性无症状性高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法选择60例湿浊内蕴、脾肾亏虚证原发性无症状性高尿酸血症患者,随机分为泄浊通痹方组(治疗组)、苯溴马隆组(对照组),每组30例,观察治疗前后患者主要临床症状及血尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐水平的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率83.3%,2组临床总疗效之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论泄浊通痹方对湿浊内蕴、脾肾亏虚证原发性无症状性高尿酸血症的患者具有良好的治疗效果,可有效降低血尿酸水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of desiccating for dredging channel blockade prescription in the treatment of primary asymptomatic hyperuricemia caused by dampness and deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods 60 cases of intrinsic dampness, spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of asymptomatic patients with primary asymptomatic hyperuricemia were divided into treatment group (desiccating for dredging channel blockade prescription) and control group (benzene bromide Malone), with 30 cases in each group.The clinical researches, observation before and after treatment, main clinical symptoms and blood uric acid, urea nitrogen, creatinine, change were observed.Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion esiccating for dredging channel blockade prescription has a good therapeutic effect on the patients with dampness, turbidity and deficiency of spleen and kidney, and can effectively reduce the level of blood uric acid.
