摘　　要：为了提高筛板框架的定位点焊效率,设计了一套高效率、低成本的焊接工装夹具,可以实现单人对筛板框架各组件的快速定位和夹紧,从而满足小批量多品种筛板的快速换产。In order to improve the positioning spot welding efficiency of the screen frame, a set of high-efficiency and low-cost welding fixtures are designed, which can realize the rapid positioning and clamping of each component of the screen frame by single person, so as to meet the requirements of SMED of small batch and multi-species sieve plates.
