摘 要:如今,生鲜食品呈现小规模、多批次和顾客对物流配送时间要求严格的特点。针对新零售下生鲜食品超市物流配送过程中,存在的物流配送成本高与物流配送时间长造成的顾客满意度低等问题,文中构建了带软时间窗约束的生鲜食品超市物流配送路径优化模型。以运输成本与惩罚成本最小化为目标,采用遗传算法进行求解。结果表明,遗传算法求得的物流配送路线,可节约配送成本,减少运输距离和运输时间,对提高生鲜食品超市的经济效益和顾客满意度提供了新的解决思路。Nowadays fresh foods are characterized by small-scale,multi-batch and strict requirements for customers logistics and delivery time.In view of the high logistics distribution cost and the low customer satisfaction caused by long logistics delivery during the new retail distribution process of fresh food supermarkets,a logistics distribution path optimization of fresh food supermarket with soft time window constraints model was constructed.Taking the transportation cost and penalty cost,the genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem.The results show that the logistics distribution route obtained by the genetic algorithm can save the distribution cost,reduce the transportation distance and transportation time,and improve the economic benefit of the fresh food supermarket.And it provides a new solution for customer satisfaction.
