摘  要:使用不同燃料对“5LQH-1”型热风炉进行烘烤实验,对效率及热效率进行分析对比。使用薪柴、煤、玉米芯作为燃料其平均燃烧效率分别为83.1%、78.4%、82%。其中使用薪材和玉米芯作为燃料燃烧效率均高于国内水平(80%),而使用煤作为燃料其燃烧效率低于国内水平。综合考虑,对于“5LQH-1”型热风炉使用薪材作为燃料进行核桃烘烤较煤和玉米芯更好一些。并为热风炉的推广提出建议意见。The baking experiment of "5LQH-1" hot blast stove was carried out with different fuels, and the efficiency and thermal efficiency were analyzed and compared. The average combustion efficiency of fuel wood, coal and corn cob was 83.1%, 78.4% and 82%, respectively. The use of fuel wood and corncob as fuel combustion efficiency is higher than the domestic level (80%), while the use of coal as a fuel has a lower combustion efficiency than the domestic level. Considering comprehensively, it is better to use walnut as the fuel for the "5LQH-1" hot blast stove to make walnut baking better than coal and corn cob. And make recommendations for the promotion of hot blast stoves.
