再生绿砂在巴平路水泥混凝土路面中的应用

摘　　要：再生绿砂为辉绿岩加工沥青混凝土路面用集料产生的废弃石屑经再次加工后使用在水泥混凝土的路面用砂。文章通过分析再生绿砂的特点,发现改善其工作性能的方法,使之具备了良好的应用性,并根据工程实际,提出了再生绿砂生产的级配范围和质量标准,推荐了路面再生绿砂水泥混凝土的最优配合比,解决了巴平路水泥混凝土路面用砂紧缺和成本高的问题,为今后再生绿砂在混凝土路面中大范围的推广和应用提供参考。The recycled green sand is the pavement sand used in cement concrete after being processed again from the waste stone scrap produced by the aggregate of diabase processing asphalt concrete pavement.By analyzing the characteristics of recycled green sand,this article finds the method of improving its working performance,which makes it have good applicability,then,according to the engineering practice,it proposes the grading range and quality standard of recycled green sand production,recommends the optimal mix ratio of pavement recycled green sand cement concrete,and solves the problem of sand shortage and high cost of cement concrete pavement in Baping Road,thereby providing the reference for future wide-scale promotion and application of recycled green sand in concrete pavement.
