摘 要:在满足国际照明委员会(CIE)制定的节能及照明要求的前提下,如何在以前固定的灯具布置位置上设计LED灯具的分布已经成为一个迫切的问题。文章提出了一种非线性优化方法,用于LED道路照明灯具的配光设计。该方法以CIE指定的路面平均亮度、总体路面亮度均匀性、纵向路面亮度均匀性、眩光和环绕比为约束条件,使总光通量最小化;通过对约束条件进行合理的等价变换,可以将非线性问题转化为线性问题,使用道路照明分布的余弦函数多项式来解决问题,构造平滑的光分布曲线;并以具有CIE定义的M1至M5五种不同类别的C2类道路为例,采用上述方法可获得最节能的光线分布。结果显示,所提方案正确有效。Under the premise of meeting the energy conservation and lighting requirements set by International Commission on Illumination(CIE),how to design the distribution of LED lamps in the previously fixed lamp position has become an urgent problem.This article proposes a nonlinear optimization method for the light distribution design of LED road lighting.This method minimizes the total luminous flux with CIE-specified pavement average brightness,overall pavement brightness uniformity,longitudinal pavement brightness uniformity,glare and surround ratio as the constraints;through reasonable equivalent transformation of these constraints,the nonlinear problem is transformed into a linear problem,and the cosine function polynomial of road illumination distribution is used to solve the problem,which constructs a smooth light distribution curve;with C2-level road of five different M1-M5 categories defined by CIE as the example,the above method can get the most energy efficient light distribution.The results show that the proposed scheme is correct and effective.
