摘 要:在工字梁孔洞损伤或者裂缝损伤后,采用粘贴碳纤维板加固,利用微波加热技术快速固化,对加固后的工字钢梁建立有限元分析模型,数值计算加固后胶粘剂的底层、胶接层、面层的应力应变情况,并与试验结果进行对比,发现微波加热快速固化的效果较好,能够满足应急抢修的需要。After the hole of the I-beam or the crack was damaged, the bonding carbon fiberboard was used to reinforce it, and the microwave heating technique was used to quickly cure it. And then, a finite element analysis model for the reinforced I-beam was established, the stress and strain conditions after reinforcement was numerically calculated and it was compared with the test results. Finally, it is found that microwave heating technique can provide a good effect on rapid curing and meet the needs of emergency repair.
