摘 要:由于发射架空间狭窄,位移数据难以直接精确测量,无法精确得到气囊在承压变形过程中的唇边位移数据。提出一种三边测量法,利用两个拉绳式位移传感器与测点组成平面三角形,实现了位移变化转变为绳子长度和角度变化,利用3个边长的变化精确计算测点在平面内轴向和径向的位移变化量,验证了方案的可行性。Due to the narrow space of the launcher, the displacement data is difficult to be accurately measured, which resulting the airbag data cannot be accurately obtained. The paper presented a trilateral measurement method: the displacement change was converted into the change of rope length and angle by using a plane triangle composed of two cable displacement sensors and measuring points. The axial and radial displacements of the measured points in the plane were calculated accurately by using the changes of the three side lengths, and the feasibility of the scheme was verified.
