微创胸腔内闭式引流技术治疗创伤性气胸

摘　　要：目的探讨微创胸腔内闭式引流技术治疗创伤性气胸的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的126例创伤性气胸患者作为本次研究的观察对象,按照治疗方法的不同平均分为两组,观察组63例,对照组63例。对照组给予患者传统胸腔内闭式引流技术治疗,观察组给予患者微创胸腔内闭式引流技术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、手术各项指标、术后VAS评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者肺复张时间与对照组差异较小(P> 0.05)。观察组患者穿刺时间、拔管时间、术后VAS评分以及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对创伤性气胸患者实施微创胸腔内闭式引流技术治疗,创伤小,可减轻患者的痛苦,且并发症少,安全性高,临床治疗效果显著,可临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive thoracic closed drainage in the treatment of traumatic pneumothorax.Methods 126 patients with traumatic pneumothorax admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.63 cases in the observation group and 63 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with traditional closed thoracic drainage, while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive closed thoracic drainage. The total effective rate, surgical indicators, VAS score and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in lung recruitment time between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05). The puncture time, extubation time, VAS score and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of minimally invasive thoracic closed drainage technique in the treatment of traumatic pneumothorax, small trauma, can relieve the pain of patients, with less complications and high safety, clinical treatment effect, clinical application.
