频谱心电图对冠心病诊断价值的探讨

摘　　要：目的通过对频谱心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病患者心肌缺血的临床效果比较,探讨频谱心电图诊断冠心病的临床意义和价值。方法冠心病组选取2015年8月-2018年10月间我院确诊为冠心病者197例,对照组选取经各项检查除外器质性心脏病者198例,两组均检测12导联频谱心电图和12导联常规心电图,观察两种心电图检查监测心肌缺血发生情况。结果频谱心电图检查冠心病患者心肌缺血阳性率明显高于常规心电图检查结果,两组比较有显著性差异(χ^2=26.239,P <0.01)。结论频谱心电图对冠心病患者的观察,可以对早期心肌缺血进行诊断,诊断敏感性高,假阳性少,对缺血性心脏病的诊断有一定的临床意义。Objective To study the clinical significance and diagnostic value of frequency-domain correlation cardiogram(FCG) on coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods The coronary heart disease group selected 197 patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease in our hospital from August2015 to October 2018, while the control group selected 198 patients without organic heart disease.FCG and ECG were measured in two groups, the measured result of two groups was observed and analyzed. Results The positive rate of myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease by FCG was significantly higher than that by routine electrocardiogram.There were significant differences betreen two groups(χ^2 =26.239, P<0.01).Conclusion FCG has a higher sensitivity and lower false postitive rate in CHD diagnostic, has clinical significance in the diagnosis of ischemic heart disease.
