快速康复外科护理在老年前列腺增生术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究快速康复外科理念应用于老年前列腺增生围手术期护理中的效果。方法选取本科室2018年4-12月收治的40例老年前列腺增生患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各20例,对照组围手术期行常规护理,试验组围手术期行快速康复外科理念护理,观察两组患者康复情况和并发症情况。结果试验组患者尿管拔除时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均低于对照组(P <0.05),试验组患者并发症发生率10.00%低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论老年前列腺增生患者实施快速康复外科理念护理可缩短患者康复时间,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 40 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from April to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, while the experimental group received perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgery concept nursing.The rehabilitation and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The time of catheter removal, anal exhaust, time of getting out of bed and hospitalization in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05), and the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 10.00% lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The concept nursing of rapid rehabilitation surgery for elderly patients with BPH can shorten the rehabilitation time and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
