摘 要:北京市内高校数量多,人员集中,用水量相对较多,节水潜力大。合同节水管理是近些年提出的创新型节水模式,是运用市场机制提高节水效率的重要手段。分析了近年来北京高校用水节水工作的现状和成效,总结了北京节水型高校创建过程中采取的方式和措施,提出了新时期北京高校采取合同节水管理新模式存在的问题和建议,有效促进高校节水,推动社会节水。There are many universities in Beijing,with concentrated personnel,relatively large water consumption,and great potential for water-saving.Contractual water-saving management is an innovative water-saving mode proposed in recent years,and an important means to improve watersaving efficiency by using market mechanism.This paper analyses the current situation and effect of water-saving work in the universities in recent years,summarizes the ways and measures adopted in the process of establishing the water-saving universities,and puts forward the problems and suggestions of adopting the new model of contract water-saving management in the universities of Beijing in the new era.
