摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶技术,结合浸渍整理工艺在棉织物上形成一层三维网状掺银TiO2/ZnO凝胶膜,制备具有抗菌功能的纺织面料。采用响应面分析法,以抑菌圈作为响应值,考察掺Ag^+量、紫外线照射时间和总浓度对织物抑菌性能的影响,优化了抗菌棉织物的整理工艺,并测定了最佳整理工艺条件制备织物的抗菌性能。研究结果显示,抗菌棉织物的最佳整理工艺为:掺Ag^+量0.45%,紫外线照射时间1h,总浓度0.45mol/L,整理后棉织物的最大抑菌圈可达27.7mm。A three-dimensional network silver doped TiO2/ZnO gel film is formed on cotton fabric by solgel technology combined with impregnation finishing process. The effects of Ag^+ content, ultraviolet irra diation time and total concentration on the antibacterial properties of cotton fabrics are investigated by response surface analysis with the bacteriostatic ring as the response value. The finishing process of an tibacterial cotton fabrics is optimized and the antibacterial properties of the fabrics prepared under the optimum finishing conditions are determined. The results show that the optimum finishing process of antimicrobial cotton fabrics is: Ag^+ 0.45%, ultraviolet irradiation time 1 h and total concentration 0.45 mol/L, and the maximum antimicrobial circle of treated cotton fabric is up to 27.7 mm.
