摘  要:考察银黄可溶性粉对鸡传染性法氏囊病的防治作用。以黄羽肉鸡为实验动物,按疗程饲喂高、中、低剂量的银黄可溶性粉,饲喂药物后第4天接种IBDV强毒,对攻毒后鸡死亡数、增重、剖检病变、免疫器官指数及IBD抗体等指标进行统计和分析。结果表明,在22日龄时,银黄可溶性粉以高剂量(每只鸡每天饲喂1.75 g)、中剂量(每只鸡每天饲喂1.0 g)饲喂3个疗程,对人工感染IBDV强毒的鸡群,保护率高于90%,有显著的防治效果,还能显著降低IBDV对鸡只增重的影响和对鸡法氏囊、胸腺和脾脏等免疫器官的损伤,且能减轻IBDV引起的机体免疫抑制,提高血清中的抗体水平。In order to investigate the effects of prevention and treatment of Yinhuang soluble powder on infectious bursal disease in chicken,yellow feather broilers were feed with high,medium and low doses of Yinhuang soluble powder according to the treatment course.The broilers were challenged by highly virulent strain IBDV at the 4th day after feeding the medicine.The mortality,weight gain,pathological changes,immune organ index and IBDV antibody were analyzed. The results showed that at the age of 22 days,the Yinhuang soluble powder was fed with high dose(1.75g per chicken per day) and medium dose(1.0g per chicken per day) for three courses of treatment,the protective rate of chickens infected artificially with IBDV was higher than 90%. It had obvious prevention and treatment effect. It could also significantly reduce the impact of IBDV on weight gain in chickens and the damage to immune organs such as bursa of fabricius,thymus and spleen. It could also alleviate the immune suppression induced by IBDV and increase the level of antibody in serum.
