摘 要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C-NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分析方法表征了丁异戊橡胶的3种不同序列结构。结果表明,3种微观序列结构改性均已达到橡胶低温性能要求,其顺式质量分数均大于97%;GPC测试结果表明,3种橡胶相对分子质量分布均小于3.00。宽温域内力学性能测试结果表明,3种橡胶高低温性能均较好;丁二烯序列分布为7.2的橡胶剪切模量在试验温度范围内比较稳定,上下波动不超过20%。Three different sequence structures of butadiene-isoprene rubber were characterized by using FTIR ,13C-NMR and GPC. The results showed that the 3 kinds of the microstructure modification had all reached the requirements of cold property of the rubber, the contents of cis-configuration were more than 97%. GPC analysis results showed that the molecular weight distribution of the 3 kinds of rubber were all less than 3.00. The mechanical properties analysis at wide temperature range demonstrated that the three rubbers had good high and low temperature properties. The shear modulus of the rubber whoes butadiene sequence distribution was 7.2 was stable during the test temperature range, the fluctuation was less than 20%.
