摘 要:研究了BIIR/SBR并用比、炭黑类型及用量和受阻酚AO-80用量对BIIR/SBR并用胶力学性能、回弹性能、压缩永久变形性能和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,当BIIR/SBR并用比为40/60、炭黑N330用量为50份以及受阻酚AO-80用量为20份时,并用胶综合性能最佳;23℃时损耗因子达到0.657,有效阻尼温域拓宽至-55℃~74.5℃。Influences of BIIR/SBR blend ratio,type and dosage of carbon black and amount of hindered phenol AO-80 on mechanical properties,resilience,compression set and damping property of BIIR/ SBR blend were researched. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the blend were optimum when the blend ratio of BIIR/SBR was 40/60 , the amount of carbon black N330 was 50 phr and the amount of hindered phenol was 20 phr. The tanδ was 0.657 at 23℃, the damping temperature range was -55.0℃~74.5℃.
