森林认证与森林可持续经营辨析

摘　　要：文章基于森林可持续经营与森林认证的全球最新进展,从起源、标准、作用机制等方面,对比分析了森林认证与森林可持续经营的关系。在此基础上,针对我国实际情况,从完善森林认证顶层制度设计、培育认证市场、探索认证新模式、拓展认证领域、挖掘认证潜力、深化国际交流与合作等6个方面,为推动我国森林认证工作发展提出了政策建议。Based on their lasted progress in the world, the relationship between forest certification and sustainable forest management were analyzed in the paper, including origin, standard and mechanism to promote sustainable forest management. On this basis, the policy recommendations were made according to the present situation in China in the aspects of improving the top-level system of forest certification, building certification market, exploring new certification models, extending certification fields, taping certification potentials, deepening international cooperation and exchanges on forest certification.
