摘  要:对比分析大容积钢质无缝气瓶欧洲ISO标准体系、美洲DOT标准规范体系和我国新实施的GB/T33145《大容积钢质无缝气瓶》标准,通过在设计、制造、检验试验及使用要求的差异化对比,并结合实例,说明我国大容积气瓶标准偏于保守,不利于轻量化运输。提出我国大容积气瓶标准采用适当提高瓶壁应力和参照ISO标准体系且增加相关氢脆试验的方法,以减薄气瓶壁厚,实现轻量化,提高我国大容积气瓶国际竞争力的思路。Compared the ISO standards system and DOT codes to GB/T 33145: "Large capacity seamless steel gas cylinders",the paper lists the differences among these standards on design,construction,inspection,test and requirements of employed of the cylinders.Then with the example of the cylinder design,the paper indicates that the design methods based on GB/T 33145 is conservative and the cylinder designed according to GB/T 33145 is too heavy to be transported.At the end of the paper,it gives the opinion of designing the cylinder by increasing the allowable stress of the cylinder material,according to the design methods of ISO and the performing the hydrogen embrittlement tests to reduce the weight and increase the competition of the cylinder on the international market.
