摘  要:江西省有数百台在用超高压水晶釜,且大部分服役时间已经超过了20年,给安全运行带来了极大的考验。因其具有厚壁锻件加螺纹连接等特殊结构,又长期在高温高压和强腐蚀等工况下工作,故如何对这些超高压容器进行定期检验,从而正确判断其安全状况,一直是摆在检验人员面前的一大难题。本文通过对超声检测、磁粉检测、超声相控阵检测、声发射检测这四种无损检测方法,运用在超高压水晶釜定期检验中的技术进行了综合分析,并指出了这几种方法的擅长检测部位,为大家今后从事水晶釜定期检验提供了有针对性的方法借鉴。Hundreds of super-high pressure crystal vessels are in use in Jiangxi province, and most of them have been in service for more than 20 years, which brings a great test to safe operation.Because of its special structure such as thick-walled forgings and threaded connections, it also works under high temperature and high pressure and strong corrosion conditions for a long time, how to inspect these super-high pressure crystal vessels regularly and judge their safety status correctly has always been a big problem for inspectors.This paper comprehensively analyzes the four used non-destructive testing methods, such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic phased array detection and acoustic emission detection, using the techniques in the periodic inspection of super-high pressure crystal vessel, and the good detection parts of these methods are pointed out, which provides a pertinent reference for the regular inspection of crystal vessel in the future.
