摘  要:目的了解北京市某印刷企业职业病危害因素的种类、浓度(或强度)及其管理现状,为同类型企业职业病防治提供借鉴。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法,辨识印刷企业职业病危害因素种类,了解职业卫生管理情况;采用职业病危害因素检测评价等方法,对2017年北京市某印刷企业职业病危害因素进行检测。结果北京市某印刷企业职业病危害因素主要有生产性粉尘、物理因素以及化学毒物。检测结果中,其他粉尘(0.58~1.07 mg/m^3)、甲苯(<0.03~31.80 mg/m^3)、二甲苯(<0.03~5.10 mg/m^3)、乙酸乙酯(<0.13~133.70 mg/m^3)、乙酸丁酯(<0.13~71.40 mg/m^3)、异丙醇(<0.07~114.00 mg/m^3)均符合国家职业卫生标准;噪声[74.6~87.2 dB(A)]中2个检测点不符合国家职业卫生标准;防尘、防毒措施基本到位,防噪措施不到位。结论印刷企业职业病危害因素整体防控效果较好,少数岗位噪声危害控制效果较差,在确保进一步加强职业卫生管理并落实到位、增加职业病危害防护设施、保证个体防护用品正确适时使用的前提下,噪声危害控制效果明显好转。[Objective]To understand the species and concentrations(or intensity) of occupational hazard and the current situation of management in a printing enterprise in Beijing,provide references for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in the same type of enterprises.[Methods]The field investigation of occupational health was adopted to identify the species of the occupational hazards in the printing enterprise and understand the current situation of occupational health management. Field testing and appraisement of occupational hazard was used to detect chemical and physical hazards of the printing enterprise in 2017.[Results]The occupational hazards in the printing enterprise included productive dust,physical factors and chemicalpoisons. Among the testing results,the concentrations/intensities of other dust(0.58-1.07 mg/m^3),toluene(<0.03-31.80 mg/m^3),xylene(<0.03-5.10 mg/m^3),ethyl acetate(<0.13-133.70 mg/m^3),butyl acetate(<0.13-71.40 mg/m^3),isopropanol(<0.07-114.00 mg/m^3)met the national occupational health standards. The two detection points in the nois e[74.6-87.2 dB(A)]exceeded the national occupational health standards. Preventive measures for the dust and poisons were basically in implemented,and the preventive measures for the noise were inadequate.[Conclusion]The overall prevention and control effect of occupational hazards in printing enterprises is good,and the control effect of noise hazards in a few jobs is poor. The control effect of noise hazard is obviously improved under the premise of further strengthening occupational health management and putting it in place,increasing occupational hazard protection facilities and ensuring proper and timely use of personal protective equipment.
