摘　　要：目的了解岩盐气溶胶疗法对尘肺患者生活质量的影响。方法采用多中心随机对照临床试验,选取有代表性的6家单位于2016年11月—2017年4月收治的252例煤工尘肺病患者为调查对象,根据尘肺期别对入组患者进行分层,在每个层内按照随机的原则分为对照组和岩盐气溶胶治疗组(简称治疗组),对照组采取临床常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用岩盐气溶胶治疗,1次/日,1 h/次,共4周,分别在治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后用自制尘肺患者生存质量评估表进行评价,并对数据进行分析。结果两组患者在治疗2周、4周后与治疗前比较,生活质量评分均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者在治疗2周与4周后比较,生活质量评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后各时点、各期别患者生活质量评分改善程度,治疗组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尘肺患者常规治疗基础上加用岩盐气溶胶疗法可以明显改善临床症状,提高生活质量,其效果优于单纯常规治疗。[Objective]To investigate the effect of rock salt aerosol therapy on the quality of life of pneumoconiosis patients.[Methods]A multi-center randomized controlled trial was performed. A total of 254 patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to six representative units from November 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the subjects of investigation. The patients were stratified according to the stage of pneumoconiosis,and then were divided into the control group and the rock salt aerosol treatment group(the treatment group) according to the principle of randomization in each layer. The control group was treated with routine clinical treatment,while the treatment group was treated with rock salt aerosol on the basis of routine treatment,once a day,one hour at a time,for four weeks. The patients were evaluated by the self-made quality of life assessment table for pneumoconiosis patients before treatment,two weeks after treatment and four weeks after treatment,and the data were analyzed.[Results]The life quality scores of the two groups were improved after two weeks and four weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The difference in life quality scores in the treatment was statistically significant between two weeks and four weeks of treatment(P<0.05). After the treatment,the improvement of life quality scores at each time point and each stage of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The addition of rock salt aerosol therapy to routine treatment of pneumoconiosis patients can significantly improve clinical symptoms and improve quality of life,and its effect is better than routine treatment.
