摘 要:研究了钨酸铵蒸发结晶过程中滴加硝酸钇水溶液共沉淀法掺杂钇的工艺,制备出掺钇的仲钨酸铵(APT)粉末,再经氧化还原、配碳、碳化最终制备出含钇的碳化钨粉。结果表明,共沉淀法制备的APT粉末中Y分布相对均匀,主要以Y(OH)3形式存在。掺0.5%Y和1%Y碳化钨粉一次颗粒的平均粒径分别为0.37μm和0.28μm。掺杂钇起到了细化碳化钨粉末的作用。The process of doping yttrium by co-precipitation with yttrium nitrate aqueous solution added during evaporation crystallization of ammonium tungstate was studied. Yttrium-doped ammonium paratungstate powder was prepared by the above process,and then tungsten carbide powder containing yttrium was prepared by redox,carbon distribution and carbonization.The results show that yttrium in APT pow der prepared by co-precipitation has relatively uniform distribution, and exists mainly in the form of Y(OH)3. The average particle sizes of tungsten carbide powders doped with 0.5%Y and 1%Y is 0.37μm and 0. 28μm,respectively.Yttrium doping has the effect of refining tungsten carbide powder.
