从中医阴阳观探究肿瘤表型辨识

摘　　要：肿瘤表型是一种从微观角度认识肿瘤发生发展的重要研究手段。从中医阴阳观探讨肿瘤表型的概念,阐述肿瘤表型的可分性、嵌套性、通用性,并将其分为阴盛、阳衰两个大类以及阴中之阳、阳中之阴两种特殊类型进行辨识,认为肿瘤表型的阴阳失衡表现为肿瘤阴盛与机体阳衰的动态病理变化,为阴阳观指导下的肿瘤“微观辨证”提供新思路。Tumor phenotype is an important research method to understand tumors from the microscopic perspective. This paper discussed the concept of tumor phenotype from the theory of yin and yang in traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM),and expounded its' divisible,nested and universal characters,and classified it into two types of yin excessiveness and yang declining,and two special types of yang in the yin and yin in the yang for identification. It is believed that the imbalance of yin and yang in tumor phenotype is the dynamic phenotype change between yin sufficiency and yang deficiency. It provides a novel insight for“microscopic syndrome differentiation”of tumor guided by the theory of yin and yang.
