摘 要:利用高耐碱分散染料设计了分散染料染色涤纶织物的后碱减量加工工艺,并与预碱减量的分散染料染色涤纶织物进行对比。研究结果表明:采用相同的染料量,后碱减量的分散染色涤纶织物的表观颜色更深,该增深现象在碱减量温度超过100℃时更明显,这可能是后碱减量处理过程中纤维表面形貌发生变化引起的。由于后碱减量的染色涤纶织物具有颜色增深效果,因此,该工艺较常规工艺可以节省染料用量。Aiming to take full advantage of high-alkali (HA) disperse dyes, it is proposed that the polyes ter fabric dyed with HA disperse dyes could be processed for a post alkali reduction. The dyed polyester fabric processed by the post alkali reduction is compared with the one that is processed by the conven tional pre-alkali reduction. The experiment results show that the dyed polyester fabric with the post alka li reduction exhibits a deeper apparent color than that with the pre-alkali reduction, and the color depth effect could be optimized by increasing the temperature over 100℃. This is most likely ascribed to the effect of post alkali reduction on the fiber surface morphology. The post alkali reduction of dyed polyes ter fabric has the advantage of reducing dye consumption.
