摘  要:采用环保型拒水拒油整理剂SK-1005和交联剂SK-FM对腈纶膨体纱进行拒水拒油整理,开发出5种相同织物组织、不同紧度的拒水拒油型保暖织物,并对其拒水性、拒油性、耐久性和保暖性能进行测试,探究织物紧度对拒水拒油型保暖织物性能的影响。结果表明,5种紧度织物的拒水拒油等级和保暖性均能满足服用性能的要求,当织物总紧度为85%时,织物的综合性能最佳。Water-repellent and oil-repellent acrylic bulky yarns are treated with environmentally friendly water-repellent and oil-repellent finishing agent SK -1005 and cross-linking agent SK-FM. Five kinds of water-repellent and oil-repellent warm-keeping fabrics with the same texture and different tightness are successfully developed, and their water repellency, oil repellency, durability and heat repellent properties are tested. The influence of tightness on thermal properties of the fabric is analyzed. The results show that the water and oil repellent grades and warmth of the five kinds of the fabric can meet the wearing performance requirements. When the total tightness of the fabric is 85%, the comprehensive performance of the fabric is the best.
