摘 要:目的检测婴幼儿尿半乳糖阳性率,分析其与婴幼儿月龄、体质量、身高及发育状况的相关性。方法收集2015年1月-2017年12月接受儿保体检的0~3岁2568例婴幼儿,检测体质量、身高,评估发育状况;采用尿半乳糖检测试纸检测其阳性率。结果婴幼儿尿半乳糖阳性962例(37.46%)。12月龄婴幼儿与1、3、6月龄婴幼儿尿半乳糖检测结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。除体质量评估分级3与5、6级,5与6级婴幼儿尿半乳糖阳性率比较差异无统计学意义外,其余体质量评估分级婴幼儿尿半乳糖阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。除身高评估分级3与4、5、6级,5与6级婴幼儿尿半乳糖阳性率比较差异无统计学意义外,其余身高评估分级婴幼儿尿半乳糖阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。除发育评估分级1与2级,3与4、5、6级,5与6级婴幼儿尿半乳糖阳性率比较差异无统计学意义外,其余发育评估分级婴幼儿尿半乳糖阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论儿童尿半乳糖阳性率随月龄增长而降低,12月龄时最低;发育迟缓与低体质量的婴幼儿尿半乳糖阳性率显著升高;与正常婴幼儿比较,超重与肥胖婴幼儿尿半乳糖阳性率显著升高。Objective To detect the positive rate of urinary galactose of infants,analyze the correlations with month age,weight, height,and developmental status of infants. Methods A total of 2 568 infants aged 0-3 years old receiving physical examination from Janu- ary 2015 to December 2017 were selected,weight and height were detected,the developmental status was evaluated. Urinary galactose test strips were used to detect the positive rate of urinary galactose. Results The positive rate of urinary galactose was 37. 46%( 962 infants). There were statistically significant differences in the positive rate of urinary galactose between 12-month infants and 1-month,3-month,6- month infants (P<0. 05). Except grade 3 and grade 4,5,grade 5 and grade 6 of weight evaluation,there were statistically significant differences in the positive rate of urinary galactose among infants of other weight grades (P<0.05). Except grade 3 and grade 4,5,6, grade 5 and grade 6 of height evaluation,there were statistically significant differences in the positive rate of urinary galactose among infants of other height grades ( P<0. 05). Except grade 1 and 2,grade 3 and grade 4,5,6,grade 5 and grade 6 of development evaluation,there were statistically significant differences in the positive rate of urinary galactose among infants of other development grades ( P<0. 05). Con- clusion The positive rate of urinary galactose decreases with the increase of month age,which is the lowest at 12 months of age. The posi- tive rates of urinary galactose increase significantly in infants with developmental retardation,low weight,overweight,and obesity.
