摘　　要：目的探讨儿童孤独症患儿接受针刺配合康复训练治疗的效果。方法选取2015年10月-2017年10月在河北省儿童医院接受治疗的孤独症患儿60例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患儿单纯接受康复训练,观察组患儿在对照组基础上配合针刺治疗,对比两组不同干预手段的应用效果。结果以PEP3评分评价疗效,治疗后,观察组患儿语言理解、认知及语言表达方面的疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);而两组大肌肉、小肌肉、模仿等方面的疗效比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。以CARS总分评价疗效,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童孤独症患儿接受针刺配合康复训练治疗效果较好,患儿语言表达能力、认知及语言理解能力均明显改善,各临床症状及体征得到显著提升和缓解。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation training on children with autism. Methods 60 cases of autistic children received treatment in Hebei Children's Hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The chil- dren in the control group received rehabilitation training alone,and the children in the observation group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group. The application effect of different intervention methods in the two groups was compared. Results To PEP3 grading evaluation of curative effect,after treatment,the observation group of children with language understanding,cognition and language expression curative effect is better than that in control group,the difference had statistical significance ( P<0. 05);and two groups of big muscles,small muscles,imitate the curative effect of the respect such as comparison,there were no statistically significant differences be- tween ( P>0. 05). With CARS total score evaluation of curative effect,clinical curative effect of observation group is better than that of con- trol group,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05). Conclusion Children with autism received acupuncture and rehabilitation training with good therapeutic effect,children with language expression ability,cognitive and language comprehension ability were significant- ly improved,all clinical symptoms and signs were significantly improved and relieved.
