摘  要:目的:比较头电针与强制运动不同干预次序组合对帕金森病(PD)患者运动功能的影响。方法:将40例PD患者随机分为先针后动组(A组)、先动后针组(B组)各20例,评估两组治疗前后UPDRS运动评分、屈肘等长收缩时同步收缩率(CCR值)。结果:A、B组治疗后UPDRS运动评分、CCR值均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);A组治疗后UPDRS运动评分、CCR值均低于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两者组合疗法均可显著改善PD患者运动功能,其中先针后动组效果略优。Objective:To compare the effects of different electroacupuncture and forced exercise intervention sequences on motor function in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods:40 cases of PD patients were randomly divided into the first needle and posterior motion group(group A)and the first motion and posterior needle group(group B),with 20 patients in each group.The UPDRS motor score and the Co-contraction ratio(CCR value)of the elbow flexion before and after treatment were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the UPDRS motor scores and CCR value in group A and group B were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The UPDRS motor score and CCR value were lower than group B.After treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both combined therapy can significantly improve the motor function of PD patients,and the effect of the first needle and posterior motion group is slightly better.
