摘　　要：目的:观察热咳散对婴幼儿痰热内蕴型哮喘的治疗效果及其对患儿外周血Th17细胞的影响,探讨热咳散对哮喘患儿免疫功能的影响。方法:将100例哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组则联合口服中药散剂热咳散,治疗3天后比较两组临床疗效及外周血Th17细胞的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05);治疗组Th17细胞表达率降低程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热咳散治疗婴幼儿哮喘疗效显著,且能明显降低其外周血Th17细胞水平,具有明显的免疫功能调节作用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and the change of peripheral blood Th17 cells in infantile asthma with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome treated by Rekesan powder,in order to evaluate the effect on the immune function in infantile asthma treated by Rekesan powder.Methods:100 infantile asthma with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome were randomized into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50),the control group treated with conventional treatment while treatment group combined with Rekesan powder,compared the efficacy and the change of peripheral blood Th17 cells after 3 days of treatment.Results:The effective rate of treatment group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.00%that of control group(P<0.05);the decreased degree of Th17 cells in treatment group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Rekesan powder has significant curative effect on infantile asthma and can effectively decrease the peripheral blood Th17 cells,which shows the Rekesan powder has obvious immune modulatory effect.
