全经针刺法结合rTMS治疗脑卒中患者认知功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨全经针刺法结合rTMS治疗对脑卒中患者认知功能障碍的影响。方法:将90例脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组、针刺组及rTMS组各30例,并分别给予全经针刺法结合重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗、全经针刺法、rTMS治疗,观察三组临床疗效。结果:治疗组MMSE、LOCTA评分改善程度均显著优于针刺组、rTMS组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为96.7%,显著高于针刺组的73.3%及rTMS组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论:全经针刺法结合rTMS治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍疗效显著,相比单一使用全经针刺法或rTMS疗效更佳,可显著减轻脑卒中后认知功能障碍的程度。Objective:To investigate the influence of Quanjing acupuncture therapy combined with rTMS on cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods:90 cases of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30),acupuncture group(n=30)and rTMS group(n=30),and separately treatment with Quanjing acupuncture therapy combined with rTMS,Quanjing acupuncture therapy,rTMS,observed the efficacy of the three groups.Results:The improvement of MMSE and LOCTA scores in treatment group were significantly better than acupuncture group and rTMS group(P<0.05);the overall responses rate of treatment group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than 73.3%and 70.0%those of acupuncture group and rTMS group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quanjing acunpuncture therapy combined with rTMS has a significant curative effect on cognitive impairment after stroke,which is better than single Quanjing acupuncture therapy or rTMS,and significantly can reduce the degree of cognitive impairment.
