摘　　要：目的:测定活血化瘀膏中主要成分含量。方法:采用HPLC高效液相色谱技术对方中所含栀子苷、芍药苷的含量进行测定。结果:测定方法阴性无干扰,栀子苷在0.32598~3.2598μg范围内与芍药苷在0.35141~3.5141μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.72%和100.03%,RSD均小于2%。结论:所建方法专属性强、准确度高、重现性好,能较好地对活血化瘀膏膏进行质量的进行监测。Objective:To determine the content of main components in Huoxue Huayu ointment.Methods:The contents of Geniposide and paeoniflorin in the prescription were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The negative reference had no interference.The linearity for geniposide and paeoniflorin was good in the range of 0.32598~3.2598μg and 0.35141~3.5141μg.The average recoveries were 99.72%and 100.03%respectively,and RSD for all tests less than 2%.Conclusion:The method is specific,accurate and reproducible,which can be used to monitor the quality of Huoxue Huayu Ointment.
