摘  要:基于循环经济的"3R"原则,构建区域循环经济评价体系,运用主成分分析对陕西省十个地级市的循环经济发展水平进行了综合评价,研究表明西安、延安、榆林三市循环经济发展水平较高,渭南、铜川、商洛三市循环经济发展水平较低,咸阳、宝鸡、安康和汉中市发展水平一般.同时运用聚类分析的方法按照各市经济发展状况、产业结构和环保指标将陕西省划分为三个循环经济发展区:陕南绿色循环经济发展区、资源型城市循环经济发展区和关中平原循环经济发展区.在不同发展区内,因地制宜选择不同的循环经济发展模式,以推动陕西省循环经济快速发展.Based on the "3 R" principle of circular economy, this paper establishes a regional circular economy evaluation system, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the circular economy development level of ten prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province by using principal component analysis. The research shows that the circular economy development level of Xi’an, Yan’an and Yulin is relatively high, while that of Weinan, Tongchuan and Shangluo is high. The level of economic development around the city is low, but the level of development in Xianyang, Baoji, Ankang and Hanzhong is general. At the same time, according to the economic development, industrial structure and environmental protection indicators of each city, Shaanxi Province is divided into three circular economy development zones: green circular economy development zone in southern Shaanxi, circular economy development zone in resource-based cities and circular economy development zone in Guanzhong Plain. In order to promote the rapid development of circular economy in Shaanxi Province, different modes of circular economy development should be chosen according to local conditions in different development zones.
