摘　　要：一胶海关历史地位及研究范围胶海关是近代中国政府设置在外国租借地(胶澳租借地)的第一个海关,其时代功能及运转模式是近代中国海关发展过程中的重要组成部分。近代中国社会经历了特殊的历史过程,在以西方为主导的国际生存环境中处于被动局面,遭受到了西方列强的侵略与干预,从而导致近代中国海关实行了“一套外籍税务司管理制度”①。The Kiaochou Customs is the first customs set up by Chinese government in a foreign leased territory. It is an important part of China's modem customs. But compared to other modem customs in China, the research of Kiaochou Customs is underdeveloped. At present, the research has mainly focused on two aspects, one is the research on the historical role of Kiaochou Customs, other one is the research of Kiaochou Customs archives. In the meantime, according to the current situation of the archives of Kiaochou Customs, there are still many academic problems that need to be resolved.
