摘  要:为探讨机制砂级配特性对混凝土工作性能的影响,通过试验结果对比,归纳了不同级配类型的机制砂对混凝土性能的作用效应。结果表明,机制砂各个筛档累计筛余量要合理控制在一定比例范围内;优良级配机制砂中,各档粒级(1.18~4.75,0.3~1.18,和0.075~0.3 mm)组分含量适当,其级配曲线特征呈拉伸正S形,级配不良机制砂中,各档粒级组分含量出现偏大或偏小,其级配曲线则呈抛物线或拉伸反S形;细度模数和空隙率并不能作为机制砂级配优劣的判断标准。In this paper, the influence of manufactured-sand grading characteristics on concrete performance was discussed and the effects of different grading types of manufactured-sand on concrete performance were summarized by comparison of the test results. The study concludes that the contents of components in various grades of manufactured-sand shall be reasonably controlled within a certain range. For the fine grading manufactured-sand, the contents of components in various grades(1.18~4.75 mm, 0.3~1.18 mm and 0.075~0.3 mm) is appropriate, and the gradation curve behaves in the same form of positive stretching ‘S’. While for the bad grading manufactured-sand, the contents of components in various grades are much larger or smaller, and the gradation curve behaves in the form of parabola curve or opposite stretching ‘S’. The fineness modulus and void ratio can not be used as the criterion for judging the advantages and disadvantages of the manufactured-sand.
