摘 要:针对我国“三北”地区冬季供暖期弃风量巨大的问题,本文在分析蓄热式电锅炉电-热时移特性的基础上,考虑供暖期风电弃风特性及其与负荷的相关性,以及供热面积、弃风电量和供热电价等因素,提出了基于蓄热式电锅炉和蓄热式电锅炉-热电联产的2种风电供热组合方案;从用户侧角度,建立了考虑社会综合收益的弃风消纳组合供热方案模型。计算结果表明,本文方案能够在低谷时段消纳更多弃风,随着风电供热成本的降低,本文2种方案的经济性均优于常规供热方案,而低谷电价降低程度的不同会改变本文方案的择优采用结果。Aiming at the issue of a huge amount of wind power abandonment in winter heating period in the "Three North regions" in China, two wind power heating schemes, based on regenerative electric boiler (REB) and REB with combined heat and power generation (CHP), were proposed, by analyzing the electric-thermal time shift characteristics of the REB and taking into account the characteristics of abandoned wind power and its correlation with the load, as well as factors such as heating area, abandoned wind power and heating power price. From the perspective of the user side, a model of abandoned wind consumptive combination heating scheme that considers comprehensive social benefits was established. The results show that, the proposed schemes can consume more winds during low power output periods. With the reduction of wind power heating cost, the economy of the proposed schemes will be superior to the conventional heating schemes, and the difference of reduction degrees of electricity price during low power output periods will change the preferential consequence.
