摘 要:某核电百万等级汽轮机在启动和停机过程中,发生了多起与汽水分离再热器(MSR)系统相关的设备故障和非计划停机运行事件。通过电厂设备运行数据及运行事故过程的分析发现,MSR系统设备的运行操作对汽轮机安全稳定运行有重大影响,需要优化MSR再热蒸汽温度控制方式,评估再热器管板温度变化超限对设备可靠性的影响。由于高中压汽缸蒸汽参数的变化过快易引起汽缸热应力过大甚至变形,在汽轮机设备启停和低负荷运行期间,需要重点关注MSR再热蒸汽温度控制不当可能会引发汽缸变形和动静碰磨的问题。During the start-up and shutdown process of a 1 000 MW nuclear power unit, multiple equipment failures and unplanned downtime events related to the moisture separator reheater (MSR) system occurred. Analysis on the operating data and operating failures process shows that, the operation of MSR system has great influence on safe and stable operation of the turbine. The reheat steam temperature control mode of the MSR system needs to be optimized and the effect of over-limiting temperature variation of reheat tube plate on equipment reliability need to be evaluated. Because the drastic change of steam parameters is likely to cause deformation of the high/intermediate pressure cylinder body during the unit start/shutdown and low load operation, it is necessary tofocus on the problem of cylinder deformation and rubbing caused by improper control of temperature control for M SR reheat steam.
