摘 要:介绍了PG9351FA型燃气轮机热通道部件改造技术,结合某厂PG9351FA型燃气轮机及其联合循环机组实际情况,分析并提出改造原则及改造方案,对改造方案下的联合循环机组热力性能变化及投资收益进行了预估分析。结果表明:针对PG9351FA型燃气轮机实施热通道部件改造,能够提高联合循环机组的出力和热效率,改造经济性较好;建议在实施改造前,对全厂关键配套设备进行必要的核算、检查和试验,以有针对性的制定改造方案。The upgrading technology for hot gas path(AGP) components of GE’s PG9351 FA gas turbine is introduced. On the basis of the actual situation of a combined cycle power plant(CCPP), the retrofitting principle and scheme for the AGP upgrading are analyzed and proposed, and the corresponding change of the CCPP’s thermal performance, investments and earnings are also evaluated. The results show that, the AGP upgrading for the PG9351 FA gas turbine can improve the CCPP’s power output and thermal efficiency. The AGP upgrading has good economic benefits and a short payback period. Moreover, it suggests that necessary check computations,inspections and tests should be carried out on the key accessorial equipments before the retrofitting is carried out,so as to make the most suitable transformation scheme.
