摘 要:为有效避免层次分析法构造的判断矩阵可能出现重新调整的情况,对水库除险加固效益评价指标权重利用遗传层次分析法计算。然后以闹德海水库为例,分别经济效益、社会与环境影响三个方面构建水库除险加固效益评价体系,运用物元分析模型综合评价了水库除险加固效益。结果显示:闹德海水库除险加固工程各项指标基本满足预期效益要求,评价结果与水库实际状况相符,所构建的指标体系与物元模型具有较强的科学性与准确性,可为水库的管理维护以及质量发展提供指导作用。In order to avoid effectively possible readjustment of the judgment matrix constructed by the analytic hierarchy process,the genetic hierarchy analysis method is used to calculate the index weight of evaluation of reservoir danger removal and reinforcement effects. Taking the Naodehai reservoir as the example,the effect evaluation system of reservoir danger removal and reinforcement is established from three aspects of economic effect,society and environmental impact,and the matter-element analysis model is adopted to evaluate the effects of reservoir danger removal and reinforcement. The results show that: each index of danger removal and reinforcement of Naodehai reservoir meets the requirements of forecasting effect basically,the evaluation results conform with the actual situation of the reservoir,which have strong scientificity and accuracy of the index system and matter-element model constructed,which can supply guidance for management maintenance and quality development of the reservoir.
