摘 要:为研究夹层聚能装药结构对杆式射流的影响,利用非线性动力学软件Autodyn对不同爆速炸药匹配下爆轰波的传播及杆式射流的成型进行了数值模拟,得到了杆式射流的特性参数和侵彻装甲钢的模拟结果。研究表明:爆速外高内低的夹层聚能装药能显著调节爆轰波形,有效提高杆式射流的特性参数;基于文中夹层聚能装药结构的杆式射流对装甲钢的侵彻深度提高了28%,且开孔形态更为均匀。In order to research the impact of double layer shaped charge on JPC (Jetting Projectile Charge), the propagation process of detonation and the formation of JPC were studied with the finite element code Autodyn. The characteristic parameters of JPC and its penetration performance were researched by numerical simulation. The result shows that the double layer shaped charge with the outer layer at higher detonation velocity can adjust the detonation shape obviously and enhance the characteristic parameters effectively. With the structure of double layer shaped charge in this paper, the penetration depth on RHA has been increased by 28 % and the shape of penetrating hole is smoother.
