摘  要:南海深水气田开发环境恶劣,出砂预测、防砂方式选择和精度的设计至关重要。通过3种出砂预测模型计算了南海深水气田出砂临界生产压差;总结南海深水气田储层粒度特性、黏土矿物含量及吸水膨胀性,利用Johnson方法和Tiffin方法对南海深水气田防砂方式进行理论设计,并根据室内出砂模拟实验结果对防砂方式及参数进行优选。研究结果表明:开采初期南海深水气田出砂临界生产压差小,但生产后期出砂会加剧,应采取防砂措施。理论设计与出砂模拟实验相结合,推荐南海深水气田使用优质筛管与砾石充填方式完井,砾石层充填厚度为5cm。现场应用表明防砂设计方案保证了防砂效果和产能最优化,可指导深水气田的高效开发。The development environment of deepwater gas fields in the South China Sea is harsh.Sand production prediction,selection of sand control methods and design of sand control precision are very important.The critical production pressure difference of sand production in deep-water gas fields of the South China Sea was calculate by three sand production prediction models.The reservoir particle size characteristics,clay mineral content and water absorption expansibility of deep-water gas fields in the South China Sea are summarized.The sand control mode was designed for the deep-water gas fields in the South China Sea using Johnson method and Tiffin method,and the sand control mode and parameters were optimized according to laboratory sand production simulation results.The results show that the critical production pressure difference of sand production in the deep-water gas fields of South China Sea is small in the early stage of exploitation,but the sand production will intensify in the later stage of production,so sand control measures should be taken.Combining theoretical design with sand production simulation experiment,it is recommended that high quality screen tube and gravel packing well completion mode be used in the deepwater gas fields of the South China Sea,and the thickness of gravel filling layer is 5 cm.Field application shows that the sand control scheme ensures the optimization of sand control effect and productivity,and can guide the efficient development of the deep-water gas fields.
