摘 要:川西是我国西南天然气藏的主产区域,该区水平井产层一般位于蓬莱镇组与沙溪庙组,具有高压低渗的特点。由于受到井位条件限制,且地质情况复杂、井眼稳定性差、靶点窗口窄等因素影响,大多数水平井存在井眼轨迹差、拐点多、狗腿度大、裸眼段长等问题。造成砂泥岩井段尾管下入的风险极高,给后续作业带来不便甚至无法达到开发目的。通过对尾管下入技术难点进行分析,并根据现有工艺及实践经验提出应对措施,从井眼准备、钻井液性能调整、保证尾管居中度、施工工艺优化等方面降低尾管下入摩阻,并配合使用旋转尾管悬挂器、平衡液缸尾管悬挂器等新技术。统计5口井现场应用效果,成功降低了川西水平井尾管下入风险,达到了完井开发的目的,对该地区尾管下入施工具有重要的指导意义。Western Sichuan is the main production area of natural gas in southwest China.The horizontal well production layers in this area are generally in Penglaizhen and Shaximiao Formations,which have the characteristics of high pressure and low permeability.Due to the limitation of well location conditions,and the influences of complex geological conditions,poor borehole stability,narrow target window and other factors,most horizontal wells have problems such as poor borehole trajectory,many inflection points,big dogleg angle,long open hole section,etc.,which result in high risk of tailpipe running-in in sand and mudstone section,and inconvenience in subsequent operations or even failure to achieve development purposes.Based on the analysis of the technical difficulties of tail pipe running-in,and according to the existing technology and practical experience,the corresponding measures are put forward to reduce the friction of tail pipe running-in from the aspects of borehole preparation,drilling fluid performance adjustment,guaranteeing the centrality of tail pipe,optimization of construction technology,and the use of new technologies such as rotary tail pipe hanger and balanced liquid cylinder tail pipe hanger.Statistical results of field application of 5 wells show that the risk of tail pipe running-in in horizontal wells in Western Sichuan is successfully reduced and achieved the goal of completion development.The research results in this paper have important guiding significance for tail pipe running-in construction in this area.
