摘  要:为了提高页岩气现场配液施工效率,降低不同压裂液间配伍性对压裂液性能的影响,利用 AM、DMC、DMDB为原料,采用混合胶束水溶液聚合,合成一种滑溜水胶液一体化用稠化剂。用管路摩阻仪和高温流变仪对滑溜水体系降阻性能和组装压裂液体系耐温耐剪切性能进行评价。结果表明,该疏水缔合聚合物溶解时间小于2min,0.1%的滑溜水黏度达到10mPa·s,降阻率为65.7%,组装压裂液在90℃,170s^-1条件下剪切2h,表观黏度大于50mPa·s。滑溜水和胶液具有良好的降阻效果及耐温耐剪切性,能够满足滑溜水和压裂液在线混配的要求,可以实现滑溜水胶液一体化。A kind of thickener for the integration of slippery water and gel-liquid was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization of mixed micelles,AM,DMC and DMDB were used as raw materials, which was synthesized by redox initiator system.Friction tester and high temperature rheometer were used to evaluate the resistance reduction and temperature and shear resistance of the thickener.There sults show that the dissolution time of the thickener is less than 2min,the resistance reduction rate of the thickener aqueous solution with0.1% drag reduction rate is 65.7%,slick water viscosity 10mPa·s.The apparent viscosity ofthecross linked fracturing fluid is larger than that of 50mPa·s at 90℃,170s-1 sheared 2 h.It is proved that the synthetic thickener has good resistance reduction and temperature and shear resistance,it can meet the requirements of on-linemixing,and can realize the integration of slippery water and glue.
