天然野生植物葛根黄酮的提取及其在化妆品的应用

摘　　要：野生葛根用乙醇回流提取黄酮类化合物,考察了水浴温度、回流时间、料液比、乙醇浓度等对黄酮类化合物产量的影响,同时研究了黄酮在美白霜中的应用。结果表明,黄酮类化合物的最佳提取条件为:水浴温度 90℃,回流时间120min,料液比1∶30g/mL,乙醇浓度70%。此时,产率为0.53%。黄酮在美白霜中的应用,具有美白效果。A flavonoid compound from wild Pueraria lobata were extracted by ethanol reflux.The effects of water bath temperature,reflux time,solid-liquid ratio and ethanol concentration on the yield of flavonoids were investigated.The application of flavonoids in whitening cream.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions for flavonoids were:water bath temperature of 90℃,reflux time of 120 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30 g/mL,ethanol concentration of 70%,and the yield was 0.53%.The application of flavonoids in whitening cream has a better whitening effect.
